Training Experience

Hello! My name is Kevin Jiang, I am a certified fitness trainer through the International Sports Science Association. I have trained both senior citizens and young adults reach their limitless potential through proper diet, safe, and injury-free training. I was inspired to become a Personal Trainer because of my love for fitness and health. I am passionate about fitness and learning everything I can about my field. I am here to help you with all your fitness goals, motivate you, offer dietary advice, teach you how to cook, conduct mobility drills for injuries, and get you in the best shape of your life.

I offer discounts to veterans and single mothers with dependents. I also offer 2 free lessons per referral. I have a business license as well.

Training Philosophy

My training philosophy is that everyone should enjoy training. Training is a lifestyle and not just something you do once or twice a week. It means eating healthy organic foods, exercising, and resting properly. Everyone can improve themselves through hard work. You can do anything you set your mind to. Stay strong my friends!

Each session is 50 minutes, including a 10-minute cool-down and stretch. A session once a week costs $75, twice a week costs $60 and three times a week costs $50. If clients want or need to do a 30-minute session, I charge them $40 for once a week, $35 for twice a week and $30 for three times per week.
